Professional and Teaching Experience

For many years, working in the area of digital signal and image processing, first in the CSIRO before joining UNSW in 1985, teaching various electrical engineering undergraduate courses. Also, presenting postgraduate courses on image restoration and neural networks and supervising Ph.D. and Masters students. Currently, major research interest is in the restoration of wide area images obtained through the atmosphere by telescope.
